RLS DAY

About RLS Day

Robert Louis Stevenson Day (#RLSDay) is an annual date on Edinburgh’s literary calendar when the life, loves and works of one of the most famous writers born in our City of Literature gets marked with a moustache-twirling and velvet-clad week full of events, in town and online, leading up to Stevenson’s birthday on the 13th November. It’s a great big literary party – and you’re all invited.

The full  RLS Day 2017 programme is now live! Click here.

Last year, the theme was ‘Stevenson and Crime’. Full details of the day can be found on the RLS Day homepage.

RLS Day 13th November

Every year you can join us on social media – share your favourite Stevenson facts with us on Facebook and Twitter, and open a book, read a story and raise a glass to RLS, wherever you find yourself. We’ll keep you abreast of things happening across town via #RLSDay
